White Pearl Music can not guarantee the success of your mixing / mastering to from the time the recordings were made by amateur engineers.

 

VALIDATION

 

After the orde ring process , you accept it as well as all of these Conditions and without reserve . The data stored and exchanged by mail or any other means constitutes proof of all transactions made by White Pearl Music and you.

 

REFUSAL OF ORDER

 

We reserve the right not to process orders since si your records do not conform to certain technical constraints ( saturation , mixing error , error in recording etc ...). In this case , we will contact you by email or by phone to explain the reasons for the refusal.

 

APPLICABLE LAW - LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT

 

The relationships established between the user and Mister Caesar , governed mainly by these terms and conditions are subject to French law , to the exclusion of any other state law. When drafting these terms in several languages ​​or translation, the French version shall prevail.
